What a great Dealership experience. i was not aware that this dealership had opened . I was extremely pleased with my salesman Steve and Susan from finance. This is my first time buying i was not aware that this dealership had opened . I was extremely pleased with my salesman Steve and Susan from finance. This is my first time buying a car on my own, they all made me very comfortable and fully explained everything as we went along. It was a pleasure doing business with this dealership. Best service EVER! I needed to havethe oil changed on my MKS which also had a leak problem after the torrential rains we had earlier in the week. I was given a loaner ca I needed to havethe oil changed on my MKS which also had a leak problem after the torrential rains we had earlier in the week. I was given a loaner car because the leak problem could have taken quite some time to properly diagnose. The service and attention to detail that was provided was outstanding, the car was ready in less time than originally estimated, the leak (which was caused by blocked drainage vents in the sun roof) was diagnosed and fixed, and they checked all of the vents in the doors, etc. to make sure there weren't any further drainage problems with the car. The service rep (Rich San Miguel) was exceptionally attentive and efficient and took care of a personal matter I had with the car as well. I was very impressed by the entire experience and I would highly recommend the service staff at this dealership to all of my friends. More
