It took a while to get a person capable of answering my questions but once I spoke with Emilio, I think that was his name, everything went great. He told me I would pay nothing since I had the service plan questions but once I spoke with Emilio, I think that was his name, everything went great. He told me I would pay nothing since I had the service plan. He called me a Lyft to take me home while my SUV was being serviced and displayed great customer service. My car was washed, serviced, and waiting for me just 2 hours later and he even offered a Lyft to pick me up to come get my SUV. I strongly recommend Lincoln of Cutler Bay for service. It would have been worth 6 stars if I spoke and dealt with him first. I know his name had an M in it. Great dude More
