TWO GREAT EXPERIENCES I first took my 81 year old sister in law on a hunt for a red car. Knowing this we visited 8 dealerships in one day before meeting Dwyane Spikes I first took my 81 year old sister in law on a hunt for a red car. Knowing this we visited 8 dealerships in one day before meeting Dwyane Spikes at Liberty Toyota. Immediately Dwyane put her at ease with the no pressure approach he took with her. Explaining that she probably would only drive 2 to 3 thousand miles a year Dwyane suggested leasing was the way to go. Dwyane handled everything himself without the usual back and forth with sales managers and found us the red Toyota Corrolla that we took home. I returned to Dwyane 3 months later seeking help to get my sister in law handicapper license plates and ended up with a Toyota Rav4. Once again Dwyane did everything to make my deal feel right. I would recommend Dwayne Spikes to anyone. He was a very kind, caring and considerate sales person that was a true pleasure to work with. More

She knew what I needed I new I needed a better car. So I walked in nervous but determined to get a new, economical and reliable car. I was approached by Marianne Hovgaard I new I needed a better car. She wasn't pushy or jumpy so I knew it would be a good day. We sat and I explained what I needed and we discussed ALL of my options. She wasn't pushy but was kind and understanding. I explained my commute and budget... She listened and seemed to care. After some haggling and back and forth (of course) We came up with a great deal for me. After my last experience at a dealership in Phila (HORRID) this was fun and refreshing. I didn't feel pushed or taken advantage of. Marianne was awesome and she walked me through the long process. At the end of the day I was able to upgrade and get out of my other car and drove off in a brand new 2015 Corolla! Oh and she was extra patient teaching me all the new buttons and gadgets... LOL I was pleased and blessed that we could work together to make the deal happen! She is my "go to" now and will refer her to anyone!
