sales people will harass you I leased my Corolla in 2012 from Liberty because a friend worked there. 12 months before the lease end date, I already had reps trying to get me to tr I leased my Corolla in 2012 from Liberty because a friend worked there. 12 months before the lease end date, I already had reps trying to get me to trade it in. I asked them to put a note on my file that says do not call but they haven't stopped. I also feel like I got ripped off. I am just waiting for the lease to end to turn it in. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. Also, not sure who I worked with, I am pretty sure none of them are with the dealership but I have to select someone to submit the review. More

Solid experience, exceptionally friendly salesman Dwayne was an amazing salesman. From the moment he introduced himself, he made us feel comfortable with purchasing a new 2015 Highlander. His no pressure approach and style made us feel as though we were talking to a friend and not to someone pushing to make a sale. The only down side to our overall experience and the reason why I selected 4 stars was because of the interaction with Jean-Claude. I completely understand that he is not a salesman and instead on the finance team; however, his aggressive style of speaking and mannerism almost broke the deal for me. If it was not for Dwayne "cleaning up" after Jean-Claude and reassuring us he would take care of us, I honestly would have walked out of the showroom. When speaking with Chris after we had decided to purchase the vehicle, it was apparent where Dwayne was learning his skills. Chris was absolutely a delight to speak with and reassured us Liberty Toyota would be taking care of us and our new Highlander. Overall a good experience and I would recommend and likely come back to purchase another vehicle in the future. More
