This was, without a doubt, the fastest, most pleasant new car experience we've ever had. This was solely due to having worked with Michael (Misha) Rousakovski. He was the most pleasant, professional, down-to-earth, knowledgeable, experienced, honest, and straight-forward sales person we have ever dealt with. He answered all of our questions and offered additional information to help make our decisions. After having expressed our disgust with previous car buying experiences, he guaranteed he'd do better and get it all done in 2 hours. He actually accomplished this feat! We surrendered our previous lease, selected & test-drove a new one, and had all the paperwork, etc. done within the 2 hours Misha had promised. This dealership is truly exceptional thanks to Misha and many others we've had the pleasure of interacting with. More
