SD Feedback - Recommendation for Automating Service Steps Today's service was completed accurately and my special concern was met. Austin did a fine write up and Jason was courteous when service was done. Today's service was completed accurately and my special concern was met. I still don't fully understand why a tire rotation takes over an hour to complete, especially since I set appt and showed up right at appointed time. Shouldn't Toyota's vast IT system be able to print out the morning service order from the original on-line request of a customer? Doing so would save customer AND staff time. Further, Toyota's vast IT system should set up time length for repair and expected completion times for technician at each step in the service process. E.g. Amazon has a system that tracks and measures staff picking items from stock for shipping to customers. Why hasn't Toyota advanced to that level of sophistication in what is essentially a measurable and improvable assembly line process????? I would much prefer to see periodic status of my requested service as a text rather than several reminders of service appt . . . I don't need such reminders daily. Also, suggest you delete J. Fazio name from staff list - he left ages ago! More
