Personal and honest! I have always hated the car buying experience but I must say I felt differently this time. I did lots of preliminary work over the phone with my sales I have always hated the car buying experience but I must say I felt differently this time. I did lots of preliminary work over the phone with my salesperson (with whom I had dealt for my last purchase). My biggest fear was when I went in person, figures promised to me on the phone would somehow change, but they didn’t. My sales rep was patient and understood my needs. He explained everything very clearly and i trusted him. I also returned a week later for him to help me set up the GPS and other systems. I live the car I drove away! More

Great Service Experience I had a issue with my tire pressure monitor system where the indicator light kept blinking. Previous experience meant one or more sensors were bad an I had a issue with my tire pressure monitor system where the indicator light kept blinking. Previous experience meant one or more sensors were bad and needed replacing. Contacted the Parts Department to get the right part number for the sensors. The cost was about $100 a sensor. Decided to get the parts from another source. I had four of the five sensors replaced as a one was done a few years ago. My Service Advisor; Ashley got me in and out and also had my vehicle washed. This is a great dealership and I highly recommend them. They've had my business since 2005 and have always taken cared of me. More
