Early in the morning my car struggled to start up after sitting still overnight. I called Liberty when they opened and was able to get an 8:15 appointment. Awesome! I need my car daily. A very disappointing experience! I was interested in a truck, which they were advertising. I live 200 mikes away. They wouldn’t take a deposit over the telephone for the truck I was interested in, but sa truck, which they were advertising. I live 200 mikes away. They wouldn’t take a deposit over the telephone for the truck I was interested in, but said that they would put a sold sign on the vehicle once I sent a credit application in, which I did (my credit is excellent; 760) Two hours later, even though they indicated that they received my credit app, they called to tell me that someone was looking at the truck and would get it if they were interested. They lied to me and didn’t give me the same treatment as other customers that were closer to their dealership. I wouldn’t recommend liberty Toyota to anyone!! More
