They gave me excellent value for my trade-in and went way out of the way to help me. Daryll Dubose was the salesperson who helped me with this purchase. He was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. He paid close attention to what I was looking for and quick to answer any questions. He even went out of his way to drive my new car back from another dealership (in Cape Cod) on his day off to ensure that I didn't wait long for it to arrive (post sale). *Being told that if I didn't sign now for an extended warranty I would never be able to get it (absolutely untrue). * Told the car had two key fobs, then when I asked for the second one they said no, and warranty I would never be able to get it (absolutely untrue). * Told the car had two key fobs, then when I asked for the second one they said no, and I had to insist they order a new one with written documentation that it was ordered. *On the day of the test drive I was told to hurry up and come back, and not shown anything on the car. *On the day of pickup no one showed me the car, or walked me through the features. Tom, the service manager, and Marcia who answers my calls and checks me in, are always incredibly helpful and go out of their way to make sure I get top notch service.
