I always find service at Liberty Mazda to be exceptional, from beginning to end. When I drive into the indoor service area (a boon during bad weather), service desk personnel are right there (no waiting) and from beginning to end. When I drive into the indoor service area (a boon during bad weather), service desk personnel are right there (no waiting) and are friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions. The wifi-enabled waiting area is spacious, with comfortable chairs, places to set up computers, and plenty of outlets. While my car is being serviced -- this part is fantastic! -- the service person working on my car makes a narrated video of what they are seeing, whatever service/repairs they recommend, and why. The desk then texts you to ask if you'd like to go ahead with the recommended work. The process goes smoothly, and Liberty communicates with you throughout. Liberty should be the gold standard for all service areas. More
