NOT HONEST, OVER PRICED, UNORGANIZED, AND OUTDATED I went in for service for the first time and let me just say I circled the building 2 TIMES until I finally decided to park and go inside and speak to I went in for service for the first time and let me just say I circled the building 2 TIMES until I finally decided to park and go inside and speak to someone. No one was kind enough to come outside and tell me the procedure. I stood there for about 10 minutes until I was greeted. The guys was talking about sports and the girl behind the desk, maybe cashier was on the phone. Finally I was acknowledged and helped. I was quoted " a little over an hour," it took them 2 hours to tell me what was wrong. My left outer tie rod end needed to get replaced and aligned. I was told that it was unsafe to drive. Therefore I had them do the repairs for my car. About $250.00 and 3 hours later my car was finished. When I got home I looked through my old paperwork and found that I had my right outer tie rod end replaced at another mazda dealership and found they only charged me $50 for labor where liberty charged me $105!!! I thought ALL mazda dealerships had the same RATES???When I called I was told different! This dealership is like a hot dog stand compared to Ira Mazda that closed down. Even worse, when I called around to ask for others opinions 2 out of 3 garages told me that outer tie rod ends is not a safety issue. I FELT I WAS LIED TO, RIPPED OFF, AND INSULTED. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO LIBERTY FOR SERVICE. I DON'T KNOW HOW IT IS IN SALES, BUT I WILL NEVER FIND OUT. I AM TRULY DISGUSTED WITH THIS PLACE. IF NO STAR WAS AN OPTION, THIS PLACE WOULD GET A NEGATIVE! More
Thank you to Larry at Liberty Mazda for being our 'Car Guy"! My family and I have been working with Larry at LIberty Mazda for a decade now. We called ourselves the 'Mazda Family' because at one point we were e My family and I have been working with Larry at LIberty Mazda for a decade now. We called ourselves the 'Mazda Family' because at one point we were each driving a different Mazda that Larry sold us. It is so refreshing to have someone that we can count on in what can be a difficult and stressful process. I just traded in my 2011 Mazda 3 for a 2015 Mazda 3 and have nothing but pleasant things to say about Larry and the whole team at Liberty Mazda. Everyone was incredibly attentive to me during my time there and made sure I was taken care of. The professionalism of the whole team really stood out to me. I appreciated the pleasant customer service I received during my 3 years coming to Liberty with my old Mazda and am happy to continue using them with my new one. More

Great Buying experience with Chuck Marinaccio My husband and I went in to see the 2015 CX5 grand touring. Chuck came out to help us after a while of us looking on our own. we were NOT one bit smot My husband and I went in to see the 2015 CX5 grand touring. Chuck came out to help us after a while of us looking on our own. we were NOT one bit smothered by him!! We took a test drive with a vehicle which had everything we were looking for. We loved it. we were trading in my Mercedes which was a great car but I wanted something newer with Bluetooth and GPS. Chuck could not have been better. Sat with us and explained everything. Was VERY knowledgeable! Just a great guy! I would go back to Liberty in a minute and will tell all my friends!! More

!st time leasing I had reviewed several mid size sedans and went to Liberty to test drive the car that I had identified. Mike Romano met us, my wife and me, when we e I had reviewed several mid size sedans and went to Liberty to test drive the car that I had identified. Mike Romano met us, my wife and me, when we entered the showroom. He was very friendly, asked what we were looking for and took us out to the lot to see the exact car I asked about. He was very professional and answered all the questions we had about the car. He had his manager come over to meet us and offered to give us a price for leasing the car. When I told him that this was the first car I had seen and that I would not make a decision that day, they were very polite and didn't push us to close the deal. Mike called the next day and I told him that I wouldn't make a decision for about a week. He asked when he could call and I told him the day. I returned to the dealer unannounced to take a second test drive. Mike's manager recognized me and asked how he could help. When I told him I wanted to drive the car again, he found Mike and after the drive, I decided to try and make a deal I had done a lot of research on the internet and had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. After a brief discussion, we agreed to a price and the value for my trade. I think I got a fair deal. Mike then worked hard to get my insurance and registration. Overall, I think Mike did an excellent job. More
I got pressured and yelled at to buy today! Brought my daughter for her first new car buying experience. They yelled at both of us when we told them we wanted to think about it. I wasn't going to let her buy her first car in the first place she walked into especially with such a bad salesperson (Didn't even ask her what color she wanted). After we explained we wanted to think about the sales manager came in, closed the door and started yelling at both of us how unprofessional we were. I laughed at him, told her sorry and we both left.
