Wonderful! Backstory...I went in for a test drive of the 2018 CX-5 on a Wednesday night with my dad and brother and was greeted by Al the salesman. I had done so Backstory...I went in for a test drive of the 2018 CX-5 on a Wednesday night with my dad and brother and was greeted by Al the salesman. I had done some research on the top crossover SUV's prior to making my way to Mazda, a brand I or anyone in my family have never had before. I had also been looking into the 2019 Jeep Cherokee that offers a new 2.0 turbo charged engine that interested me since I love performance...I test drove the Jeep on a Saturday afernoon but I still had reservations for the CX-5 so I called Al the same day and asked if I could take another test drive of the CX-5 just to jog my memory since it been a couple days since I had done so. As soon as I sat in the CX-5 I asked myself..."What am I doing? This is my car! This is the right car for me." The turbo was nice but the CX-5's quality and bang for the buck could not be beat! I told Al that I made my decision and I'd like to continue with leasing a CX-5. Al was more than accommodating w/myself and my dad giving us water and being very respectful and easy to deal with. Al made sure that I found exactly what I wanted and in my price range. Never tried to sell me something I couldnt afford.The negotiating was a good experience, not demanding or annoying at all. Everyone (Al Blank, Fred from finance, Mike the manager, and the Patti the cashier) were very nice and welcoming..."Welcome to the Liberty Mazda family"...was very nice to hear! Car and paperwork was ready in 2 days...very good communication throughout the process. I love my first Mazda and hope to continue to be part of the Mazda family!! More

I first purchased a Mazda 3 in 2010 and just leased a Mazda CX-5 in 2018. Jim (Samson) in sales and Fred (Dalton) in finance were particularly helpful at my most recent visit when I signed my new lease. I am a single mom and appreciated the honest, no-hassle approach that made me feel comfortable in my purchasing decision. I feel very grateful to have landed at Jim's and Fred's desks and would highly recommend them to friends and family! I also enjoy saying hello to other familiar faces in the other departments whenever I am in for oil changes and service! Love this Mazda family! More

drive as far away from this place as your car will take you it's a shame one can't give no stars at all, because that would most appropriately convey my feelings about these guys. both the service techs i dealt it's a shame one can't give no stars at all, because that would most appropriately convey my feelings about these guys. both the service techs i dealt with and the manager, tom, we're at best indifferent and dismissive, and at worse openly hostile. they kept me waiting an hour with no word about the status of my car, and only when i went and asked did i learn they couldn't locate the part i had ordered (and confirmed last week). when they did locate it, they informed me it would be $150 for the simple fix, not the $35 i was quoted when making the appointment. they wanted to go ahead and fix it, but i wasn't about to pay that, so i asked for my car back. they told me they had already opened it up. i said put it back, i'm leaving. incredibly, i got home to find that but only did they fail to fix anything, they actually damaged my car. i had gone in to get the trunk release button fixed. it still worked, but had pushed through the hole in the body, so you had to stick your finger into it to release the trunk. now, the button is gone. when i called to ask what had happened, manager tom tried to blame me. i cannot believe these jokers. save yourself time and money and endless frustration and ask a local toddler for assistance. they'll likely be more helpful. More
