Personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and "down to earth".. Of course we haggled everybody does.. But with his style, it seemed as though he was on our side, Trying to make the purchase with us !!! The day we picked up the car. Larry sat in the front seat with our son, Explaining every detail and control the car had to offer... The most impressive part...he wanted to program radio stations presets on the cars stereo... In my 59 years, I've never seen that Personal attention to detail.... End to end the whole process was extremely efficient. They also sent me a 4 minute video (after diagnosis and before my authorization of the repairs) walking underneath the car, showing and explaining exactly what needed attention. The entire experience gave me the utmost confidence that the right work was getting done, done well, and done expeditiously. More
