My new vehicle was due for its first service but I lived far from the dealership that I purchased it from, so I went to Liberty Mazda as it was the closest to my home. When I entered, the service advisor Donna was extremely nice and approached me immediately, and let me know that as this is my first service but the car was not purchased here, I would be charged for the first service, which I understood and accepted. She advised that the service would take about 1.5 hours and showed me to the waiting room. 45 min after, my car was ready to go which was a pleasant surprise. I appreciate being told it would take longer than expected, rather than being told it will be done in 30 min and have it take longer than that. She then told me that she extended the courtesy of waving the fee for your first service, as is done when purchasing a car from this dealership, which was a great surprise and I was very happy about. Donna is great, the service was excellent, and I will now be going to liberty for any of my needs with my Mazda. Can’t speak highly enough of my service. More
The low air pressure tire light came on and wouldn’t go off. I called them up and explained what was happening, they said to come in same day, and after arriving, they got me all set within an hour. I'm a teacher and heard about their Teacher Appreciation oil changes so I went on their website and scheduled a Teacher Appreciate appointment. They didn't have any times available outside of the school day oil changes so I went on their website and scheduled a Teacher Appreciate appointment. They didn't have any times available outside of the school day so I scheduled an appointment for October 1st and took a personal day so that I could go to the appointment. When I arrived, they told me that the Teacher Appreciation oil changes had expired the day before and that their website should not have set me up for an appointment after September 30th. I explained that their website had this time slot available for Teacher Appreciation appointments but they did not acknowledge that their website made a mistake and turned me away. More
