I am having a problem with my vehicle and it is being researched between the dealership and a Honda corporate. I am not putting any responsibility at this time on dealership but I need to get this proble researched between the dealership and a Honda corporate. I’ve always had great service at this dealership but I was a little surprised on my last visit, I came in on a recall, I was a 1/2 hr, early but they took me in my vehicle Sat for almost a hr before they was a little surprised on my last visit, I came in on a recall, I was a 1/2 hr, early but they took me in my vehicle Sat for almost a hr before they brought in once it was finished, it sat for nearly 45 mins, I was promised a car wash which never happened, nothing earth shattering but you asked for feedback. I took my car to be serviced. Jonathan was there when I arrived. He explained about how long it would take and he arranged a ride home for me.
