Every year I take my car for annual maintenance at Honda, this year was very frustrated. After left my car the communication with the service representative was very difficult, I spent all afternoon trying t this year was very frustrated. After left my car the communication with the service representative was very difficult, I spent all afternoon trying to call to know what time my car would be ready, she never picked the phone and I have to call multiple times the front desk and ask to go to ask her. After all, a car just show up in my home to pick me up with no previous notice and I had to stop my work to go to pick my car. Arriving to pick up my car, I asked to brake down and explain the maintenance cost and then the price went up from 1000 to 1600~ because she said forgot to add man hour, and then after contest the price the total cost went down 1200. I always had a good confidence and trust on Honda service but this time I’m really thinking I make sense to not shop around before take to Honda. More

This dealer is very dishonest they charge 600 to change a 10amp fuse telling me it takes 3 hours to change the fuse. Do not go there they take long with your vehicle and then if its a simple fix they waste 10amp fuse telling me it takes 3 hours to change the fuse.
