I would send a screen shot from Nelly Justinino but she could possible be terminated for how she texted me. Service was fine. My car sat at the exit, washed and ready to go. All capitals and she had the wrong customer. No one needs to be treated like that. I will continue to get service at Balise Honda in west Springfield. I didn’t care for the service people at Liberty, so I went to Balise. I figured I would give liberty another try. No thanks. More

Very difficult to get a human on the phone. Midway through the service, they misdiagnosed a problem and said I needed a new battery. A while later they said I didn't.
