My experience with the dealership has been absolutely horrendous, The purchase started out great. The dealership screwed up the financing paperwork and had me come back twice for missed signatures, There was a couple issues with the truck at the service department was supposed to handle, The truck has been in the service department more than I’ve had the vehicle in my possession in less than a month, It’s spent 18 days of its life in service and the worst part is nobody returns phone calls. It took repeated emails to get a corrected copy of my paperwork and I’ve been calling the service department for three days straight before the service manager finally called me back 4 days later, the first part they installed was defective and now it’s on back order even though I was told the truck will be ready yesterday.. Currently they gave me the truck back without a working radio, In my opinion, it doesn’t take much to return a phone call and let me know what’s going on. The only compensation I’ve been offered for all of this happen has been a fill up on the gas tank. When I sent my employee to grab the truck last week, the Porter was taking it for fuel and using it to pick up his lunch I was told and my employee was made to wait 30 min for the truck to come back, This is just a general synopsis of my experience. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody.. There is no communication between departments. No apologies when they make mistakes. The only postive experience was our salesman. He was no nonsense no xx and always responded with the minutes to my emails and phone calls.. beside him the liberty ford maple heights is trash. More

The salesman, Matt R., went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and make this process one that we were comfortable with going through. I HAVE NEVER recommended a car salesman / dealership. I will never buy a car from here again. I bought a vehicle with less than 30,000 miles on it and within two weeks I had to pull over because it was smoking. I pulled over to see the front I bought a vehicle with less than 30,000 miles on it and within two weeks I had to pull over because it was smoking. I pulled over to see the front left brake was locked up. I had to get all new brake pads, calipers, and rotors for the front. This was $1,300 out of my pocket before I even made the first payment on it. I called to ask if they would help out with this in any way seeing it had only been a few weeks. It took weeks till I was even able to talk to someone on the phone. They kept telling me to just leave a message on a machine they transferred me to. I ended up leaving three different messages weeks apart seeing no one would talk to me each time I called. When I finally got to talk to someone he said it was a mechanical failure so it wasn’t on them. He asked if I bought any of the warranties they offered which I did not. He said too bad and hoped I learned a lesson from this. I understand I assumed the responsibility by not paying for a warranty but for a vehicle this new and expensive you would think they would want to help and cover some of the cost. Also with it being something like brakes which they claim to check you think it would be covered in some way. Instead, I was ignored for weeks of calling and then treated like a child for not paying for one of their warranties. I have gotten better customer service at a grocery store. If this seems fair to you feel free to buy a car from them. They were great as far as selling me a vehicle. Once they had their money I was ignored and treated like a child for not buying a warranty. $1,300 for brake-related issues before my first car payment is absurd. Being ignored for weeks is bad customer service. Being told that “I hope you learned a lesson” from sales management is condescending and rude. I do have one positive thing to say. If you’re fine buying a car from someone in a Walmart parking lot you will love this place, same peace of mind. More
