extremly satisfied!! I came to Liberty Ford just to look at the certified pre-owned. I know i had zero credit walking in. I wanted to purchase it and finance the rest. Only i couldnt get approved due to my no credit. Two days later Jim called and said i can have u in a brand new 2015 ford focus fully loaded the color i want. I came down and Jim got me the first time buyers aproval, with lots of rebates! Basically, I did not feel over pressured on my first visit to buy a car that day because it was not happening because I did not have my current car with me, but once I brought my lease and we talked some numbers I was shocked in how well the staff worked with me on the pricing and got to my "dream price" as I thought of it.
