There were 4 different incentives coupled with various lending options that required some discussion and thought and the process took a while. Lorenzo remained helpful and even tempered even when we gave him some negative feedback on the pricing options and the bottom line. We ended up purchasing the car and left the dealership that evening feeling we received an honest and fair deal. Lorenzo I think went above and beyond making this happen. His sales technique was not high pressure, it was patient, friendly and informative. In addition we were helped and impressed by another of Liberty's sales associates (sorry do not remember his name, had the desk next to Lorenzo and graduated from Holy Name High School). And best of all the finance manager approving the deals found us an additional last minute discount that was really unexpected. So all good. Recommend the whole gang. More
Lorenzo Martino (sales consultant) Lorenzo Martino of Liberty Ford Maple Heights pointed out a Ford Fusion with all wheel drive, 2 liter turbo, leather upholstery, 18" wheels, and large Lorenzo Martino of Liberty Ford Maple Heights pointed out a Ford Fusion with all wheel drive, 2 liter turbo, leather upholstery, 18" wheels, and large electronic display board for about $6,000 off list price on a new 2017 Ford Fusion SE. I was pricing another new vehicle for more money with thousands less in desirable options for more money. Lorenzo pointed out a Liberty deal ( sat on lot and they passed the thousands to me instead of the bank) , gave me over $3000 in Ford rebate money, and stayed over past closing with at least 3 other members to about midnight while I kept calling my mechanic friends for advice. The team of Lorenzo and his Ford team didn't apply pressure ( or I would have walked), let me rewrite the contract at least 3 times as I changed my mind. Let me call my mechanic friends that recommended the Ford Fusion and least 3 times to ask maintenance questions. The independent auto mechanics : Jay Beckett and his uncle both said that the Ford is not a "throw away" product ( not intended to drive past the waranty) and parts were all readily available, easy to work with, and built to last hundreds of thousands of miles by simple fluid changes. More

The dealership never sent the title, and after repeated phone calls trying to track it down, was told I would have get a new title, at the title bureau, and pay for it myself, despite having paid Liberty Ford a title fee when I bought the car! The dealership never apologized, never acknowledged their mistake, and did not return phone calls. After selling you a car, Liberty could care less what happens next. More
Great!!! I chatted with Lorenzo on the phone prior to the day I went in to look at a Subaru. I went the next day and wanted to test drive the Subaru Legacy. He was very helpful and professional and wanted to make sure I loved the car. He was very busy but he always made sure that I was well taken care of there. He is a wonderful salesman! I wanted to stick to my budget and they made it happen! This was my first car buying experience and it was very pleasant. I will definitely be back in the future! More

I felt completely overwhelmed and forced to make a purchase of a vehicle outside of my personal budget by the aggressive salesman. He stood obnoxiously over me while I patiently searched online for available cars on the lot, then his Egotistical Middle-aged Manager proceeded to make sarcastic comments/small talk about the mountain bike I used for transportation to the dealership. 2 minutes later I left because I didnt feel welcome. The following week I made a appt. to see another vehicle with a different salesman. The morning of the appt. I looked online while waiting on the saleman in the store to find out the car had been sold the night before. I am the 1% Customer that gets overlooked everyday by pushy, mean, sales people that want Blood or a Sale. We never make a huge deal from being disappointed because you'll never see us again. We simply say "Thank you" and walk away. The comical bitter experience eventually fades away and becomes the wonderful introduction to a unbelievable storytelling tale with a different Dealership that treats you with respect as you're writing out a check for the Full Amount of the Vehicle. More
STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS Former employee who left on good terms.
