After online research, I set out to shop several brands. The first 4 sales people tried to sell me whatever color they had on the lot. One sales person even tried to sell me a used, maroon Town & Country, I laughed in her face and left.. By the time I met Brandon Shields at Lia Honda, I wasn't expecting much. I explained to him exactly what I wanted, just as I had at the other dealerships. He asked me to wait a moment, then pulled up in a 2016, fuel efficient, white Pilot. Not only was it everything I wanted, but it had a moonroof and leather also. He was the only sales person that actually listened without trying to push his own agenda. I was sold. A few hours later, I drove home in my new car and have been incredibly happy ever since. If you value your time, and appreciate the fine art of actually listening to a customer, visit Brandon. Finally a good car buying experience! We recently purchased a new 2016 Honda Odyssey. We originally contacted Lia Honda because we wanted to start looking at minivans as our next vehicle. We recently purchased a new 2016 Honda Odyssey. We originally contacted Lia Honda because we wanted to start looking at minivans as our next vehicle. We also contact a 2nd Honda dealership and 3 Toyota dealerships. We met with Rob Dawes on our first visit and it was a wonderful experience. Rob listened to our family's needs such as seats, technology, accessories and hobbies. He was extremely knowledgeable (which is rare in Sales Consultants), patient with us and very kind (which we have learned is also rare in Sales Consultants). Rob also felt confident in his vehicles and his knowledge that he gave us our space after we left the dealership and did not bother us with phone calls or e-mails. We had gone to another dealership and asked them to give us 7 days after we left and then we would be in touch. That other dealership called us every day (including that SAME day when we left!) and on the 7th day the Sales Consultant was nasty. We didn't even ask Rob for this 7 day courtesy because he was nice to us. But he gave us the courtesy anyways. We ended up buying the minivan much, much quicker than expected because of the good price, the comfort we had with the vehicle thanks to Rob's knowledge and the overall experience with Rob and Lia Honda. We have two small children and we wanted to limit the amount of time we spent in the dealership. Rob and his team made this process quick for us once we decided which minivan we wanted. When we came in to Lia Honda to sign our paperwork and pick up the vehicle, the paperwork was complete and in a neat pile and Rob understood all of it very well. He flew through the paperwork and then walked me through the vehicle and the technology with ease and patience, there was no wasted time. There was no pressure at any time from Rob or any other Lia Honda employees (including the finance guy). Although we didn't talk to too many people there most of the employees appeared very nice in passing. We have purchased a few vehicles and a camper over the last 8 years and this was the most pleasant buying experience we had. We actually walked away happy about this big purchase instead of wondering if we made the right decision. More

Not like other places that put you in any car with high payments. Just made a customer for life. More

Rob was professional, courteous and did not placate us with extra B.S about buying a new vehicle from Lia Honda or himself. He was confident about his knowledge of the vehicle and no nonsense approach to getting us into the new vehicle quickly and painlessly.
