Robert Dawes was great to work with. I went in knowing what I wanted and he didn't try to convince me to get something else. He did let me know differences between levels of the models ( I went in knowing what I wanted and he didn't try to convince me to get something else. He did let me know differences between levels of the models ( like ex and ex-l) but did not make me feel pressured and I appreciated that. Robert also helped me deal with the bank in getting my lein release who was giving me a hard time. More

Jay exemplifies everything a good car salesman should be; he’s professional, while also being very personable and down-to-earth, and NEVER pushy or overbearing. Jay is also VERY knowledgeable about the vehicles he’s selling, and actually showed me a few things about my new Honda that I wasn’t aware of. He’s always friendly, always glad to see a customer, and is just plain good at what he does. Buying a vehicle can be quite a stressful experience, but Jay makes it a pleasurable experience. More

I had to go to Lia Honda for a recall on my Honda Hr-V last Saturday. Making an appointment was very easy online. Joe Calabucci completed the service on my car and he was fantastic to deal with.
