As an existing lessee of a 2013 Civic, he was able to secure an upgrade to the 2015 Civic at no out-of-pocket cost to me or additional monthly payment increase, aside from the required NYS DMV fees. This was, of course, following my wife and I credit-qualifying for the upgrade. I look forward to the next time I work with Mr. Barat to upgrade my vehicle; he has the nous to explain the technical aspects of leasing a vehicle in terms a layperson can easily grasp. I left the sales floor feeling secure that I had made the right choice to continue leasing through Lia Honda, given my specific mileage needs and vehicle wants.
