Wichita always is professional when i have my LC serviced. The lounge is comfortable which i appreciate, especially the coffee and massage chairs. The service rep was pleasant. My one concern is that my LC,s brakes have really begun to squeak and I asked about it. He said the brakes are fine and that the rotors get residue which can cause this. I own multiple Lexus and Toyota vehicles, including a 2011 Tundra which I have driven the heck out of and have never had this brake squeal issue. It really really sucks to pull up to every stop light in this beautiful vehicle and have everyone look over and wonder what the heck is going on with my brakes. It’s legit embarrassing. I know from other LC owners that this is a very common issue. Lexus needs to make this issue go away.i drive an hour to have this vehicle serviced and At this point I’m going to probably look for a different service vendor to do my maintenance and hopefully earn my dollars. Very frustrated as this issue ruins the LC experience. More

Worst dealership experience even Buying a '21 Tundra from Wasler / AKA Lexus of Wichita. Found Truck online Monday, call / hold /transferred multiple times before salesman Corey took my info and started trad Wasler / AKA Lexus of Wichita. Found Truck online Monday, call / hold /transferred multiple times before salesman Corey took my info and started trade in process. Submitted 15 pictures requested & info including slight damage. Was not asked for any additional pics. Tues called at 1:00 PM on status & was told truck was at their sister dealership (Mini- Cooper of Wichita) and that salesman was off. Transferred to Sales Manager Scott Bolticoff, who said was too busy to handle himself, could I wait will Wed? Called Wed to saleperson Rosalie Isern and we began finalizing deal. Provided all additional info. I asked for Thur delivery as Iwas supposed to leave for lake on Friday, but told they could only deliver Fri. Also asked to make sure Truck complete (2 key FOBs, manuals, spare, etc) and was told by Rosalie it was. Friday Truck was delivered, the delivery person saw my truck verified dent I had documented with pictures of. He noticed 2 dings from hail on hood that I was not aware of and sent pics back to Scott who informed me on phone they would not accept the deal without additional cash. We settled on $500 extra I paid via CC. Also Truck was missing 2nd Key FOB which I'd asked the saleperson to verify. Was told by Scott there was nothing he would do on that (I've since had a back up FOB mad at $200 cost) - I was tempted to cancel the deal and tell him to take the truck back but went ahead and closed with the cashiers check. The poor communication continued when, after 6 weeks I texted Rosilee asking for status on my title and method of delivery. Was curtly told it could take up to 60 days, Told her I travel for work, if I needed to sign for the packet (like Fedex) I needed tracking info make sure I was home. She said that was in their docs Dept and she had no way to getting that info. The next day I get text from her saying USPS was delivering title THAT DAY. Luckily was home. As stated at the outset - this was the worst dealership I've ever transacted with from start to finish More
I am drawn to the Lexus brand due to the reputation of its cars and dealers, but after dealing with Lexus of Wichita I'm questioning that desire due to their questionable business practices. I requested to move forward with purchasing a Lexus from them on Sunday night, then followed-up again on Monday morning to confirm. Turns out, the sales person I was working with (Benjamin) got in late on Monday and they had already sold the car to someone else AFTER I requested to reserve it. He admitted I lost the car due to him coming in late, but wasn't willing to do anything about it; not even an apology. A manager (Josh) also never gave me the courtesy of returning my phone call, which I expect from a questionable used car lot, but not a Lexus dealer. If you decide to work with this Lexus dealer, hopefully you can deal with a more professional sales staff and don't get screwed like I did. More
