I was able to find the car I wanted online through the dealer website which, aside from too many pop-ups, is easy to use. Three emails and a phone call later, I agreed to purchase a new Lexus. The first email had a detailed list of all the options on the car and the dealer's best price, which included an explanation of taxes and a single document fee. A very pleasant experience. The only hiccup, the car had the wrong manuals in the glove box, but a week later, Lance sent the correct manuals in the mail. (I don't live in Wichita, otherwise, I would have stopped by.) More
