I’ve had issues with a rattle in one of my doors. After the 3rd time it finally got bad enough that they figured out where it was coming from & fixed it. So far…my Lexus is quiet again!! The last car I bought (LC 500) was delivered dirty and we got NO help with infotainment. I watched YouTube to learn most of it. Lexus always makes good cars. That's why I buy them, but the dealer experience is more like a Kia or Nissan dealership. I had heard that he ownership had never owned a luxury dealership before and man does it show. I will still buy Lexus vehicles, but probably from Tulsa or Oklahoma City. 6 of my Lexus purchased here were from when I lived out of town and even out of state. I didn't have to come here, but I did because the service was that good. I can get the current level of service from way less dealerships. Ask the sales team about the leadership. If they're honest, they will tell you what they have shared with me. This place is bleeding loyal customers. I hope this helps. More
