Everything was ready for me...I spent 17 minutes on the paperwork. Then Ignacio took the time to show me how to operate all the options on my car. Total time at the dealership...55 minutes...that's from the time I walked in until I drove my car off the lot. I have been buying Lexus vehicles since 1994 because of their extremely high reliability, safety and build quality. I stopped buying American cars (I owned a Buick Park Ave) because they kept breaking d their extremely high reliability, safety and build quality. I stopped buying American cars (I owned a Buick Park Ave) because they kept breaking down, I spent $5000 in the period of 5 months on a new transmission and engine at only 90,000 miles. I have never had any problems with Lexus cars, the service is great, people are friendly and it is close to my home. I will continue to buy Lexus cars for my daughters in a few years.
