This is my 2nd car through Helton. He is a true professional. The service department was a mess. People waiting in lines by their cars for a half an hour and no one there to help them. At this point I own four Lexus, but I will never buy anothe People waiting in lines by their cars for a half an hour and no one there to help them. They told me that my appointment would take an hour and a half and when I got to Lexus and finally got someone to help me they said no it would be 2 1/2 to 3 hours and there were no rental cars available.
