I’ve had mixed results with their Service Department; this past visit ended well but was problematic In lack of communication and follow through. So over my last four visits, 1 was beyond exemplary and Lexus went OVER and ABOVE to rectify the problem. This most recent visit ended well but the experience was less than favorable. So Lexus Service does stand by their high quality Autos, it just doesn’t seem to go as well getting there as you’d think it should. Clearly some of that lies with us, in that we have high expectations because they are Lexus but basic communications between departments seems to be an issue to be aware of More
