Ray walks the talk of Lexus’ commitment to customer service. Buying a car online can be daunting, requiring the buyer to have total trust and integrity of the salesperson. Ray possesses those qualities and more. His insightful understanding of a customer needs, along with his caring and treatment of each customer as a true individual is unlike any salesperson I experienced. Arriving at the dealership, we were welcomed by Ray then shown to our car sporting a red bow on its rooftop and parked on a red carpet. This Lexus certified used car looked like it belonged in the new car showroom. On the dealerships website, Ray earned his title as Master Certified Sales Consultant. This was one reason that I contacted him. Luckily, I did. He has won me over as a loyal customer for future purchases. Thank you, Ray. More

That day was Patriot against SeaHawks, It was a big day for Patriots Nation. BurkHardt was doing an excellent job to make me buy the Lexus. KYle did a wonderful job for me in finance. Karine knows how to fix things. She's the best. love her. even Pat Clifford Makes me thiink that I"m in a Restaurant, asked to serve more chocolate. Everybody did a wonderful job. We made the inquiry on the Lexus we wanted and within a day we received an email back about the car. So we decided to take a trip up to the dealer and check out the car lot.. When we stepped inside we were greeted by John with a smile and a firm handshake. We told him about the inquiry and then he pulled the car up to the front door. We instantly fell in love with the vehicle we had planned on purchasing.. We sat down with John and discussed the process we would be going through in order to make this purchase final. Not once did he try to pressure us into making a decision on the spot. The numbers worked out perfectly... Usually car dealers try to low ball with the offers on a trade in... But not Lexus. They offered us more than we expected.. Which left us smiling. Tomorrow we go to sign the final paperwork to our new Lexus and couldn't be more excited. So Far we have experienced nothing but awesome customer service!! If you're looking to buy a Lexus I would definitely recommend this dealer and the associate John A.. Totally Unimpressed Totally unimpressed. I was very interested in buying a vehicle that they had on the lot. I made it very apparent that I was interested and wanted to m Totally unimpressed. They never got back to me on the deposit information that day. Next morning I called and they took my info again and claimed they would send the deposit info immediately. Never happened. Called back again to find out there was an appointment made to look at it the afternoon before (after i told them I wanted to make a deposit on it) and that if it did not sell I would be able to make my deposit. Needless the say the vehicle sold. All I got was a sorry. This dealership is the reason people have horror stories from buying cars. More
The first time I went here they took 2 hours to do an oil change. They did do it for free which was nice. But they lied and said I needed 2000 dollars worth of repairs on my new used car. Next time I made a change. They did do it for free which was nice. But they lied and said I needed 2000 dollars worth of repairs on my new used car. Next time I made an appointment to get a duplicate key made. I brought it in and they said "oh the key machine is broken". They did not offer me anything for my inconvenience. They also told me it was out of alignment and I just got 4 new tires and the car aligned from my mechanic. They lied to me again! I called Lexus customer care and complained that they didn't compensate for my inconvenience so they covered the cost of the key and I eventually got it free. I will try to avoid this dealership if possible. They aren't that bad but not that good either. More
We, at JK, have been very impressed with the diligence, promptitude and professionalism we have gotten from Kelvin and Scotty in the parts department. They both go above and beyond the duties of a parts department personnel, trying to find the correct part we are in need of, as well us giving the most accurate price available. Once the part has been ordered, we can count on the promptness of the shipping and delivery of the part we have ordered. We are in Massachusetts, and there are plenty of Lexus dealerships here, but we rather purchase from Warwick Lexus-parts department even if they are out of the state because of the cordiality, customer oriented attitude and professionalism we get from Kelvin and Scotty. I have to say, The service I received at this dealership is first rate! I did not even buy my car from them and they really did give me amazing service. They offer email specials for oil changes and the like and the value is incredible. Their full priced service are pretty steep though. I've traded in my Lexus and got into a different make of car and I'm a little sorry about the whole service aspect. I'm hoping to receive as good a service at the new dealer. It is another Inskip dealer so, I'm hopeful. If you have a Lexus, get on the email list and go there. I think you'll be very happy. More
