Run run run as far away as you can from this SH**HOLE business. Mr. Cheek, Adam and Nick are deceptive and wasted my son and I whole Saturday. They agreed to allow us to put a deposit of $1500 to hold the vehicle we were purchasing until Monday morning. They called us late Sunday afternoon (next day), lying to us telling us "we went to move the car and all of a sudden there was this electrical problem!! So now we've decided to just auction it!" When in reality, they had a customer come in Sunday and agree to pay more than the already inflated price we worked out with them. Oh and side note, during the final stages of negotiations, they (Adam) attempted to tack on a bunch of xx service agreements. After he hands you his cheap tablet answering a bunch of odd questions - it puts together this list of bulls**t amounting to $4-6k of extra cost to the car - pathetic. To make the whole thing even more hurtful, because I used my debit card for the deposit they're giving some more xx that they "have to issue a paper check for the deposit refund and yea it could take 1-2 weeks". Disgusting. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I'll be reporting them to every channel and avenue at my disposal. Guys are garbage. Your dealership is garbage. Potential buyers, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for the purchase of your new/used car. More
