The experience was great until the end. We had negoitiated the price and got the price we wanted for our trade-in, but when the deal was done we found the new electric car was not charged. Our salesperson rushed through the features and told us to go find somewhere to charge it. We were not happy and the dealership manager came out and said to this team to take care of it. We still waited another 2.5 hours before the car was fully charged. We were at the dealership for 7.5 hours and are still waiting to see what Lexus will do to rectify this. Oh, and we didn't get the second key so we are hoping that it will come in the mail as stated it would be. More
I got a new Lexus in December and did not come with a second key due to the shortage. In June I received a message from Lexus that I could arrange to get my second key. I called Lexus and made an appoint second key due to the shortage. In June I received a message from Lexus that I could arrange to get my second key. I called Lexus and made an appointment to get the 2nd key at Lexus of Valencia. Made the appointment on 7/3/23 for Thursday, 7/6/23 at 8:30am. When I go to this dealer no one greeted me. Some young kid came out with an iPad and videoed the vehicles. I asked for the person I had the appointment with and disturbed another employee who was texting on his phone. I waited for 20 minutes with others who, like me just stood next to their vehicles. No one appeared to even know what I was there for. Despite making an appointment, leaving my car with them only for this reason of getting my 2nd key, they called and told they do not have the part. My time is not valuable to this dealership. Something like getting a 2nd key or making an appointment is too difficult for them to accomplish. More
