I got a 2011 RX350. Leslie was very friendly and helpful. I had done some price comparisons online before coming into the dealer and they were able to work with me on the price. I had leased a couple of Lexus' and was ready to purchase a new vehicle but was unsure whether I wanted to buy a Lexus, BMW or Jeep Cherokee. Leslie kept in touch with me in regard to returning my leased veh a new vehicle but was unsure whether I wanted to buy a Lexus, BMW or Jeep Cherokee. Leslie kept in touch with me in regard to returning my leased vehicles and a possible new purchase or lease. On a whim, I stopped in on a Saturday to see if Leslie might be in. She was and she remembered exactly who I was, my company name, etc.. I took a 2010 Lexus with very low miles for a test drive with Leslie, but decided to purchase a new 2011 Lexus. She made the process very easy and enjoyable. She also took extra care to make sure that my son was made comfortable. Also, Allyson, at the front desk was very helpful, friendly and efficient. The waiting room for the short time I was there was very relaxing...it gave me a chance to read the paper and have a cup of coffee.....these are just little things that I appreciate. Good Job!! More
