I just had my 10,000 mile check up. I called Jim Riddle to make the appointment & get a loaner car. I could come in the very next day which was perfect. I live in the San Fernando Valley and travel up to Santa Clarita because they made my purchase extremely easy and believe it or not HUMANE!!! This was my first time working with them and I'm glad I did. After walking out of another Lexus Dealers showroom because of the arrogant treatment I received, I traveled up the 5 freeway and gave these guys a shot. Its truly amazing how two Lexus dealerships, and owned by the same dealer, could be so different. Lee, Al and Jarvis put together the car I wanted, offered my a very fair price for my trade-in and had everything waiting when I got there.
