Worst costumer service ever I had a really bad experience with Lexus of Valencia. The sale persons are all liars. My boyfriend and I went there to lease a lexus IS 250 under thei I had a really bad experience with Lexus of Valencia. The sale persons are all liars. My boyfriend and I went there to lease a lexus IS 250 under their graduate deal. They kept changing our sale person every time that we asked a question. 3 or 4 person would come and talk to us to coerce us to close the deal. I was not sure if I want to close the deal with them, and one of the sale dealer has told me that he has a family event that he needs to leave before 6. He threatened me if I don't close the deal before 6pm he needs to ship the car to another dealership and he needs to go home for his family event. Every time that I asked a question about the deal or about the car, they would answer back disrespectfully. Eventually, we closed the deal at around 9 pm and shockingly the sale person who had a family event and had to leave at 6 pm was still at the dealership. After they coerced me into closing the deal Paul, the sale manager has told me that I need to send them my w2 form to get the graduate deal from them. I sent them my w-2 forms two days after the deal was closed. I never heard back from them until 10 days later when I was on a vacation they sent me letter saying that I need to show a recent pay stub. When I came back in town and called Paul he said that he was wrong in advising me that W2 form was enough to get the deal. He told me I need to show a recent pay stub, although I had told them that I just graduated law school and I am in between jobs. They eventually took the car back from me and after getting the car back, they sent me COOKIES!!! This dealership has the worst costumer service ever. The sale persons are all liars and they don't even communicate between each other so they know what they are doing! Stay away from these liars if you don't want to hear lies and if you don't want to be disrespected by bunch of low class people. More

I have been going to this dealership since 2001 when I got my first Lexus IS 300. I moved out of the area in 2007 and used another dealership nearby. Now I am glad that I'm back in Santa Clarita for 4 yea got my first Lexus IS 300. I moved out of the area in 2007 and used another dealership nearby. Now I am glad that I'm back in Santa Clarita for 4 years. My first experienced with Scott when I had my old 2009 IS 250 serviced was exceptional. My recent visit for IS F with Scott last week was really great. He helped me out and fixed the problem. I'm really satisfied and I hope that Scott would be there on my next visit. IS 250 Bought my first new car from Lexus Valencia. They didn't have the IS250 F in the color I wanted but Eddie and the manager were very accommodating, got Bought my first new car from Lexus Valencia. They didn't have the IS250 F in the color I wanted but Eddie and the manager were very accommodating, got the car shipped to them overnight. I never felt pressured, everyone at the dealership was very friendly. John was super helpful in setting up bluetooth and showing me how all the fancy buttons/knobs work. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car. More

Scott Melville has been my service person for the last few years, and the only reason I kept my Lexus ES350 is because of his service. He is very nice, always willing to help out, and lets me know when th few years, and the only reason I kept my Lexus ES350 is because of his service. He is very nice, always willing to help out, and lets me know when the car will be ready. I feel very comfortable leaving my car with him. He also has my loaner car ready by the time I check-in. The loaner car was very nice "GS350", now I know my next car will be. Anyway, I love the dealership and would recommend it. More

Bryan is the beezneez. Super friendly and actually makes it a pleasure to drive an hour out just to get my car serviced. I'm like, "Hey Bryan!" And he's like, "Hey, _____! My husband and I own two Lexus vehicles: LS 430 and an SC 430. As you can see, we are big Lexus fans! The reason for our recent visit was routine maintenance, but it's important to note that we no longer 430. As you can see, we are big Lexus fans! The reason for our recent visit was routine maintenance, but it's important to note that we no longer live close to Lexus of Valencia (there is a dealership that is closer). And the reason why I have given such a high rating here, is that my husband and I have been so impressed with the quality of service and, most importantly, our many-years relationship with Scott in the Service Dept. at the Valencia dealership, that we just keep coming back even though we have a longer drive! Scott has always been honest with us and explained things when we didn't understand the work that was needed. He's always been genuinely friendly. In short, we trust him! And when you find people and groups that you know, from experience, are worthy of trust, you want to keep them around! Oh yes, and we bought our LS, used, from the same dealership!
