Excellent Service for All So Cal Lexus Owners I have owned several Lexus vehicles and consistently have them serviced at this dealership. I usually get a loyalty discount on service of 10% and the I have owned several Lexus vehicles and consistently have them serviced at this dealership. I usually get a loyalty discount on service of 10% and the work is always complete and detailed. Scott Melville is my usual service advisor and occasionally when he is off I go to Bryan Stover who is also great. These two guys make the experience in servicing my cars as pain free as possible. The prices are higher than most standard cars, but again you buy a Lexus because of the quality and quality requires quality service and parts. You get what you pay for. I have had the minor servicing like the oil changed at other quick change places (to save money) but the attention to detail and expertise to these cars is just not there (I've had oil leaks and misplaced wiring after a non-Lexus service).. So I only do my service with Lexus of Valencia because of its reliability, convenience, and competence. Thanks to all the employees there that make this dealership a top notch place to service your car. Kudos to Scott Melville and Bryan Stover for their part in this process. They are highly valuable employees. More

service review Got there and no one greeted me as I got off my car. Waited for help. Other sales service representatives were going in and out of the service booths. Till I asked someone if I was in the right place for service, wish I was. Finally a young lady from the inside offices came out from the nice A/c building next to service and asked if I had been assisted, I said no.they told me to wait here for the next tech.(20) min. Went by. This young lady asked me to come inside Mike's booth office and she handle my appointment immediately. After that everything else went very fast and nicely. My car was done faster then expected. Overall mike handle the my vehicle and all was fine. I will be coming back for quarterly service at the Valencia Lexus dealer. Thank you. More
