After finding a 2020 Lincoln Nautilus, I called the dealership a few days before making the trip to verify the price. I was told over the phone the price had recently been reduced from about $24,000 to dealership a few days before making the trip to verify the price. I was told over the phone the price had recently been reduced from about $24,000 to $22,710, which is why I decided to visit the dealership. After test driving the car, I was informed the vehicle was actually priced at $29,000 and the lower price was “probably a data entry mistake.” I understand pricing errors happen, but this was disappointing because I specifically called ahead to confirm the price before taking the time to visit. A nearly $7,000 difference between the confirmed price and the price at the dealership is significant. The salesperson was courteous, but for Lexus of Tulsa to maintain a reputation of integrity and ensure its advertised prices are accurate, especially with valid proof from the customer, posted prices should be honored. I hope they improve their communication and online pricing so future customers don’t experience the same frustration. More
