However, Derek made sure I knew my car’s true condition (I brought a used 2010 Lexus RX350) with a clear explanation, without making me feel pressured. With Him, I was able to test-drive and get a pre-purchase inspection. In addition, Derek allowed me to defer payment for 1 week. I have been to almost all the Japanese car dealers in Tucson, but Derek at Lexus Tucson provided the best experience, and I was able to get a reliable car while still in school. Had the pleasure of working with Derek at Lexus Speedway to purchase my first Lexus, after owning 3 German cars. Unfortunately the Lexus I purchased only lasted 6 weeks before I was rear ended and totaled. to purchase my first Lexus, after owning 3 German cars. Unfortunately the Lexus I purchased only lasted 6 weeks before I was rear ended and totaled. Called Derek and informed him of this and he was very helpful in getting me back in the drivers seat! The dealership worked with me to make everything happen in a timely fashion. Also have to give the service department high marks as they have been very helpful to my wife with her NX . Would definitely recommend Derek and the dealership to anyone. More
