Here is the truth of my visit . After bragging to my friend at Lexus usually gives good service. I called ahead of time to make sure this oil change was going to be my final complimentary oil change and Lexus service said yes . I had to wait for 2.5 hours for the oil change, had to dispute the charge at checkout. When I asked about details of my car, I was told hold on and wait. And I never got a rundown of what was going on with my car and how it looked. I was actually concerned about my tires and was going to ask for a price on tires, But I did not receive any feedback on my car and after. a total of a 3 hour wait my car was not washed nor vacuumed as promised. I even got a text saying it was being washed and it absolutely was filthy on the exterior and there was no vacuuming. Total time spent 4.5 hours including driving to the location. That's the truth… definitely not worth it. I could’ve went to a local place near my house and got treated much better with less wait time. I was not even going to say anything, but you guys keep asking me for a review so I felt obligated.
