I have to say that my wife and I have owned Mercedes,BMW's, Cadillac.s and Lincoln's, and after driving a Lexus I realized I had found the car of my dreams. My first impression when I walked in Mercedes,BMW's, Cadillac.s and Lincoln's, and after driving a Lexus I realized I had found the car of my dreams. My first impression when I walked in the door was that this dealership really cares about the customer. I was greeted at the door by the gentleman who ended up being my salesman. He wasn't like your stereo typical salesman. He was humble,courteous and caring. Not one time did I feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. My wife and I have bought over a dozen and a half cars and not once did we receive service like Lexus of Tampa provides. They ( Richard Lafay and Hank Gabriel) cared about ME;not making a sale. I'm a psych therapist, and I have a good ability to read people and their personality's and in my professional opinion those two men are stand up guys who tak pride in what they do. I want to acknowledge the whole staff also. From the front desk clerk to the service men and the finance manager. They all were AMAZING!!!! I'm not writing this letter to sell cars, but to give thanks to the people at Lexus of Tampa. From start to finish all my needs were met and more. They did things for me that are unheard of in the car business. Working on price, doing upgrades at discount, spending as much time as needed to make sure I know exactly how to use my vehicle and many many other things that i prefer to leave out, but know they do for ALL customers. I have spent allot of time at all of the dealerships in Tampa and I have never seen the customers inside as happy as what I witnessed while I was there. In closing, thank you to Lexus of Tampa for caring so much about my wife and I. P.S I decided to try Lexus of Tampa out after my wife came home with a new car and told me the experience she had. I decided to get rid of my Cadillac Escalade that I thought I loved, but now realize I was miserable. Thank you Christopher J Bettura More
We were NOT greeted when we arrived. We walked the car lot for 30 minutes and no one came to assist. We went into the dealership and walked around another 10 minutes before our presence was even acknowled lot for 30 minutes and no one came to assist. The salesman kept referring her to a later model automobile with A LOT more miles than she was looking for. The overall experience was just terrible. After going around and around with the salesperson , I asked my mom to grab her purse and we left ! More
Called for an appointment to get a air sensor for run flats and checked to see if they had the part. Drove in 30 miles and they were out of the part. Cost me another round trip of 60 miles. Then this Tuesday, I called twice to Service to get a phone mail and left msgs both times. No one returned my call by the next afternoon. Called Parts and waited 25 minutes but was in periodic contact with the front desk. She finally took my number and the info on the battery I wanted and said they would call back - they never did. Called Wednesday and finally got to talk with someone in Service for an oil change - nothing available until next Monday and then I got disconnected. These people are horrible - I would rather take my car to a Ford dealership More
