He is quite the opposite, very personable and his initial questions revolved around what we were looking for and our goals, not what kind of financing we were looking at or if we were making a trade. I was very comfortable working with him. We originally came in looking at new vehicles, but wanted to consider used as well. He was eager to show us all of our options. Before we walked out onto the used lot he had a list of all used cars and their features. He was careful to pay attention to what was important to us. For example, even though we didn't mention that navigation was important (because we never had it before and forgot it was an option we wanted)he took the time to ask. When I first reached out to the dealer in November, I was just inquiring, I was provided information that requested but not pressured to come in and sit face to face. When I finally made a decision in February, I went in and spent maybe an hour there got the additional information I needed to make an informed purchase. I came back to pick out the exact vehicle, even that visit lasted under half an hour. Then the final trip to the dealership to pick up the car and do all the paper work, was quick and efficient, we were out of the dealer with our new car in under 2 hours. More
