I have been a fervent supporter of this dealership since Sept. of 1998 when i purchased my first Lexus--a '99 ES300. This dealership rocks!! Ask for Mark Duprey in used cars. You cannot find a more courteous, soft spoken, no pressure tactics salesperson than Mark. He helped me get top dollar on trade for my 2009 Me cars. You cannot find a more courteous, soft spoken, no pressure tactics salesperson than Mark. Mark not only took me a tour of the entire dealership, but spent and extra hour sitting in my new car going over the functions of each option on my new LS. My wife initially purchased an IS250 weeks before thru Mr. Bloemers and we were so impressed with Mr. Bloemers and how smoothly he handled the car deal that I wanted my own Lexus and worked with Mr. Bloem Mr. Bloemers and we were so impressed with Mr. Bloemers and how smoothly he handled the car deal that I wanted my own Lexus and worked with Mr. Bloemers myself to own one. It took a few weeks, but Tom initially found what I was looking for in a Pre-Owned RX350, but unfortunately the pricing was too high for what I wanted to spend. Again, Mr. Bloemers went out of his way to find something for me, and as it turns out - I found a GX-470. There were some previous technical issues regarding the use of a USB port in the car but we found a fix for it and I drove off with my GX-470 on July 2, 2011. My wife and I are quite please with Lexus of Tampa Bay and hope if we ever do buy another Lexus that Mr. Bloemers will be there for that transaction. In closing,we have been to dozens of car dealerships - working with various salespeople - the last few years and Mr. Bloemers beats them all hands down when it comes to Customer Service and how he represented his position at Lexus of Tampa Bay.
