I worked with Ryan (Sales Consultant) and Michael (New Vehicle Director) and they were incredibly insightful when I was picking out my new car. The sales process with Ryan and Michael was incredibly smooth and I felt no pressure at all (unlike other dealerships I visited when I was shopping around). This dealership truly cares about the customer and their needs instead of just hitting their numbers. Even after my purchase Ryan is extremely attentive and continues to follow up with me about how my experience with my new car is going. I understand why over the years I've heard such AMAZING things about Lexus of Tampa Bay! I look forward to experiencing their services for years to come and when I need a new car in a few years I will definitely be reaching back out to Ryan! More

You would think they would stand behind the product. Sales man lied about the vehicle features and when we found our he lied got no response. We had an issue with the vehicle pulling off the lot and just like the other review below we were told “that is why you got it for that price” they must be trained to say that. The manager Chris is rude we would of been happy with at least an apology but instead of that he just wanted to argue and continue to be rude. It’s easy to see why the sales people are rude and lie because they have a terrible worthless manager. Save yourself the hassle and go to another Lexus dealer. More

I called your dealership a total of five times to schedule an oil change. After my fifth attempt (two of which I actually spoke to a person) I gave up. What a shame that this is the closest Lexus dealership to my mother. Instead of providing her with a shorter more convenient drive, she will be driving to Wesley Chapel for a simple express service. This is absolutely unacceptable. Don't claim to be the best in customer service and luxury, when you can't even pick up the phone. It doesn't surprise me since it's owned by Autonation. Absolute joke, I would not recommend anyone do any business with this lazy, non-customer service oriented dealership. Wesley Chapel picked up on the first ring and scheduled my mother's car in minutes. More
Horrible Lexus Dealer Went to the dealer on the 29th of the month. I negotiated an "end of the month"price with a nice salesman. When I checked the car more thoroughly, I found that it was infested with ants. The salesman tried to convince me to take it anyway but I told them I would come back on the 30th, last day of the month, to finalize the deal if the ants were gone. Went back and fewer ants were there. They committed to having an exterminator treat the car. Then it was time to deal with the finance person. What a JERK! I had already prearranged financing. He said I needed to give him my social # to complete the deal but used it to send apps for financing to several different banks, none of whom beat my approved rate. He then claimed there was a problem with my financing. I couldn't take the car that night but they would contact me the next morning. The next morning my bank told me there wasn't an issue with my loan approval. The salesman said the finance guy or gm would contact me. They did not call or answer my calls to them. The salesman was the go-between & kept relating rude messages from the finance guy. Spoke to the sales manager who was very, very rude. The deal fell apart and they sold the car for thousands more than the deal I had negotiated.My sister, cousin and I all bought Rx 350s from a different, respectable dealer. We will NEVER go to this location again. Even though they are close to us, we travel to the dealer in a farther city for service. Convinced other friends not to buy or have service here either. We all travel to buy and service our Lexus vehicles. More

I was driving 6 hours to the dealership on Thursday afternoon and had an appointment to purchase car on Friday at 9:00am. I was just about to call my insurance company to add the car on my insurance and then leave for Tampa, when I received a call from Bill, the manager that someone else had put a hold on the vehicle on the internet on Wed. at 9:00pm and that took priority over our previously agreed upon deal. He said this is how Autonation does business. I don't know what kind of shady business practice this is but something doesn't smell right. Maybe they wanted to take it off the internet and raise the price???? Won't be buying from this dealership. More
Amazing customer service! Lexus of Tampa Bay is a must go to dealer! My fiancé and I bought a Chevy Tahoe from them and even though it wasn't a Lexus they still treated us with Lexus of Tampa Bay is a must go to dealer!
