My sales rep, Mr. Jeremiah Lucas was outstanding from start to finish, unfortunately, once he handed my Navy Federal Credit Union Draft (which they knew I had in hand from Virginia) was presented to his Finance Manager, it was not accepted because they (claimed) it was an out of state check. Navy Federal is (worldwide) and it would've been easy to verify the validity of the draft. I was there from 7:10pm until 10:33pm (a ridiculous amount of my time was WASTED especially since I came with financing. Lastly, I realized they had a 2020 Mercedes E 350 for sale and wanted to trade my new 2021 Lexus ES 350 in for it, however, I received a super LOW BALL offer of $33,000 for a car I paid $42,662 two days earlier with only 818 miles on it. My experience was very poor at Lexus of Tampa Bay and I will never do business them again!

I called and he’s not interested in doing the right thing. I gave them a brand new BLACK LEXUS and they gave it back to me with a paper white mark across my hood that was viewed and witnessed by their employee, but they are claiming it could have happened anywhere. Anyone who’s interested in buying a Lexus, do yourself a favor and don’t go to Lexus of Tampa Bay. It’s becoming worst than a buy here pay here dealership. The cost to repair the damage is $500-$700 and they would rather lose good customers rather than pay for the damage they caused. Unethical business practices will catch up with them eventually.
