Salesman Steven Elliott was excellent. He was patient, I felt he really worked to get me the best deal and answered all my many questions and concerns. He took time to explain and set up features on car and felt he really worked to get me the best deal and answered all my many questions and concerns. He took time to explain and set up features on car and made sure it was at it's best on delivery. The one area that made my experience less than it could be was the demand of New Car Sales director that I had to complete the deal on Tuesday rather than on Friday even though I sent them a picture of the bank check made out to them for the purchase of the car. This required me to rent a car to travel from Tallahassee to Tampa rather than riding with a friend at no cost. More

I didn’t purchase my Lexus at this location, however, They have the best customer service of any service department I’ve been to and my car always come didn’t purchase my Lexus at this location, however, They have the best customer service of any service department I’ve been to and my car always comes back in perfect condition and cleaner than when I dropped it off.
