They were fine. Salesman seem to know the product line well and was very professional. A lot of waiting once we said ok to the purchase thought, never seeing finance or sales person. Kamil Dent Brooks was our salesman. From the beginning, he was knowledgeable about the vehicles, the differences of each, and the costs involved. Ultimately, he got me into a 2021 IS 350 F Sport. Sent email inquiry Thursday 10/21/21. Received immediate reply from Nick Otero, went to dealership met Nick, he showed me the available cars, I told him what I wanted was 2022 ES in Cloudburst Gray. He look reply from Nick Otero, went to dealership met Nick, he showed me the available cars, I told him what I wanted was 2022 ES in Cloudburst Gray. He looked at the manifest of cars coming In and told me it would be available mid- November however he said there was a F-sport in that color due in Thursday 10/27. He showed me the 2021 model and I accepted. He had the car ready for me on Saturday 10/30. It was all very efficient!! All the sales crew was very courteous and competent. More

OUTSTANDING SERVICE. If you want a Dealer and Service team that "has your back" this is the place. Due to Covid, travel was impacted severely between states. 2 Years ago my Lexus had developed a perfor team that "has your back" this is the place. Due to Covid, travel was impacted severely between states. 2 Years ago my Lexus had developed a performance issue and I was unable to get the car into the Dealership. I brought my Lexus on a referral to Tampa Bay Lexus. Six months ago I was able to visit with Paul Dagraca. He was fantastic to quickly assess my car so when I returned we could get it fixed. Now six months later, Paul Dagraca ensured that the correct parts were pre-ordered for my appointment and PERSONALLY let me know that they were in so I could only make one repair visit. My husband was able to wait on the repairs and Paul Cotterell was a huge help in processing my claim with Lexus Corporate to avoid strains that could have been an issue. I will be back! More

I like the personality of the staff. However, I am disappointed in the quality of the services the were used to sell me the used 2017 vehicle. Your staff took pride in promoting a significant 120 poi disappointed in the quality of the services the were used to sell me the used 2017 vehicle. Your staff took pride in promoting a significant 120 point inspection. After purchase I complained about three significant issues: a nicked windshield, Driver's side running lights and fog lights not working, and display warning suggesting service required in 28 days. Pretty sloppy product representation! More
