I was promised to give a loaner at the time of service and when I reached tehre I was told they don't have any loaner available and asked me to reschedule the appointment. Since then I have been trying to and when I reached tehre I was told they don't have any loaner available and asked me to reschedule the appointment. Since then I have been trying to reschedule my appointment over the phone and when I ask for a loner I am being told that someone will call me back but no one has ever called me back. Again I called today and they were busy so I put my phone # in call back list and I never received one and then I called them back again and I asked the customer service rep to hold as I was busy on the other line and they hung up. Very pathetic service experince. More
