David was kind enough to take the time and not only explain all the vehicles that we were considering but also take us for a test drive in each one. After visiting numerous dealerships we came to the conclusion that Smithtown of Lexus was the right fit. We returned to Smithtown of Lexus with a variety of information in order to compare our options with David and Robert who once again gave us their undivided attention. We laid out all the pros and cons that we received from Audi, Acura, Infiniti and listened to both of them while they showed us the same and in most cases better options that Lexus already standardized into the vehicle. Thanks to the two of them we drove away with a Lexus RDX 350 with all the bells and whistles. Of course that was after a 2 hour training session from David to show us all the exceptional devices that the RDX 350 supplies. We then received a call from David last night asking us how we are doing with our new SUV and ensuring us that he is available if we need any assistance. This entire experience was one that we have not encountered before from a dealership from the first moment we walked in - to negotiations - to delivery it has been top rated and the best dealership we ever dealt with.Thank you for your service!!!
