It was a very pleasant experience In our attempt to buy a GX-460 we went to 3 different dealerships - Massapeaqua, Rockville Center & Smithtown/St. James. By far, and without question, In our attempt to buy a GX-460 we went to 3 different dealerships - Massapeaqua, Rockville Center & Smithtown/St. James. By far, and without question, Lexus of Smithtown FAR exceeds the others in professionalism, expertise, facility & staffing. Do not bother to go to the other two, they are a mess. But at Lexus of Smithtown/St. James the staff, including Quinn who was our Salesman, were very accommodating. Even after I needed ANOTHER test drive (I went back multiple times & drove several vehicles) I was still treated respectfully and allowed to make my OWN decisions on MY time. There are so many other dealerships (& car buying experiences in general) where you are nagged & pressured & pushed along. That was not the case here & I appreciated that. After purchase, the finance women and the "technician" (Justin) that showed us how to work the car were very good to. I did not have 1 bad experience there. More

Denise Plourde from Finance is so efficient and provided all the interfaces for getting our new registration, insurance coverage notifications and financials simply without any effort on our part. When we scheduled our new Lexus pick-up, Michael Mandolese, Sales Consultant, transferred our license plates and finalized the paperwork for accepting our new Lexus along with the keys. We especially enjoyed our very special treatment when, at our request, a big red bow was put on top of our new car and we had a great photo op with everyone who helped us.
