Great Cars, Great People Great Service I just turned in my 2013 Lexus GX 460 and picked up a brand new 2016 Lexus GX460. I decided to stay in the same vehicle because I had no service issu I just turned in my 2013 Lexus GX 460 and picked up a brand new 2016 Lexus GX460. I decided to stay in the same vehicle because I had no service issues and the team at Lexus is a pleasure to deal with. My salesperson Matt Trubia was once again fantastic. He reads his customers "needs" very well and does not waste time or play games. Great for people who are busy. Jeff Rosales went over every aspect of the car and showed me exactly how to work all of the new features. Some features require apps and passwords, which I could not remember. Jeff was extremely calm and patient. He also gave me his card in case I have any questions once I start using the vehicle. I have been involved with this dealership for 3 years now and their service is second to none. I highly recommend them and look forward to the next 3 years. More

The short of it is, the service was extraordinarily exceptional by simply doing what he said he was going to do. Frank and Tim worked together to put us in our brand new RX350, which is a cream puff btw, and the rest is history. Rob Myer in finance was the icing on the cake to seal the deal for us and making the numbers right for our long term relationship with Smithtown Lexus. Cant wait until our other lease is up.
