I got a great experience in this dealership second time. I got a great experience in Smithtown Lexus second time for a month. February 10 2016 I finance Lexus GX 470. I leave in Brooklyn that's why when I I got a great experience in Smithtown Lexus second time for a month. February 10 2016 I finance Lexus GX 470. I leave in Brooklyn that's why when I got a warning light on i choose to go to Bay Ridge Lexus. They fixed a problem which was a gas cup leak. But they also told me that I need 2 new front rotors and they will change them for me for $620. I called Smithtown Lexus and spoke with Mike Anno he is a used car manager. He told me to come to Smithtown Lexus and they will take care of that. It is almost 2 hours from my house but I went there. Mike was off and I met Andrew Liskee. He was so attentive to my needs. Called Mike and I got my rotors for FREE. I only paid for the brakes. I am so happy that I purchased my car hear and even its not that close from Brooklyn but I am planning to come there for my maintenance. I will recommend Smithtown Lexus for everyone. More

We were in every dealership in Smithtown at least once and just weren't 100 % comfortable with all the vehicles we looked at. We spoke to Jason Tinling and explained what we were looking for. He was able to understand and suggest the right vehicle for our needs. His assistance never once felt pressured or disinterested. Once we purchased the vehicle, he wasn't done either. He made sure we understood the operation of the car comfortably, and every option that came with our new purchase. Thank you Jason. More

In this industry it is not unusual to never hear from the sales person once your car is delivered. Not the case at Lexus of Smithtown. The extensive overview of the car's features by the delivery specialist Fahad Tariq the day of pick up was also very impressive. A special thank you also to Judy in accounting for following through with her promise:) All in all, so far, a wonderful experience. Not to mention that I love my new car! More

She gave us all our options for our trade in (which we got a very fair price on) and our new purchase. She made things very easy for us! We set up the options we wanted to add on the car before delivery (tinted windows, pinstripe, tire protection), our finance situation and all we had to do was come in and learn how to use the car. Jeff Rosales gave us a car tutorial that was fantastic! It was thorough and precise and I left feeling like I knew how to use the car very well. It was a pleasure dealing with Smithtown Lexus and all the people we came in contact with were very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for my new car! More

Horrendous service visit! I received a recall notice for my car, called Lexus of Smithtown and made an appointment to bring it in. I dropped the car off on the way home from w I received a recall notice for my car, called Lexus of Smithtown and made an appointment to bring it in. I dropped the car off on the way home from work for an appointment the following morning. I also spoke to a salesman and asked him to appraise it to trade in while they had the car. I also told them that, even though the recall letter said "if possible, please have 1/4 tank of gas or less," I had a full tank and that I expected it to be that way when I picked it up. This morning they call to verify with me that the car was there for an oil change and that it appeared to be leaking oil. I told them that I had not brought the car there for an oil change and that there was no way it was leaking oil (the car is garaged and there is no oil on the floor). Then they don't call to tell me it's ready; I have to call them. I go to pick up the car and it has 1/2 tank of gas and they didn't have time to appraise it because of the snow. How long does it take to appraise a car? They had it for 24 hours! The snow affected the appraiser's ability to appraise??!! They lost my business! And I'm about to shell out almost $50,000 for a new vehicle! I also complained to both the young lady who telephoned me regarding my service appointment as well as to an online survey, and no one contacted me. Someone DID contact me regarding my new purchase, but failed to mention anything about my lack of satisfaction with the service appointment. More
