This is the best experience I have ever had in a car dealership. My salesman was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in helping me select my new car (a CT 200h), and trade in 'my old' friend (200 dealership. I love my new car - much more than I expected to even - and feel very comfortable driving it - thanks to all the help Mr. Coutelin gave me in how to drive it, and how to use all the new features.
